You are advised to independently verify all information — including RERA registration, sanctioned plans, title and approvals — before making any purchase decision. Prices marked with an asterisk (*) are starting prices and exclusive of applicable taxes and charges.

Our consultancy fees, where applicable, are disclosed to you upfront before you engage our services. In some cases we may receive referral fees from developers; where this applies, we disclose it clearly.
